Overseeing the H-E-B Supplier Diversity CRM system and the supplier diversity newsletter, achieving a 6% CTR, 12% CTOR, and a 23% conversion rate for sign-ups. I ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Using Eventbrite and data analytics, I assess performance and refine strategies to drive measurable results.
